Estimates are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after we assess the property. Scheduling, cancellations, rescheduling, and any guarantees are handled directly between you and us at the time of booking.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and confirm you're authorized to request service for the property address you provide.
7. Intellectual property
The Site's content — including text, logos, images, before/after photos, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, using it unlawfully, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or scraping or harvesting data from it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in or serving Cobb County, Georgia, and you consent to that venue.
