This website, hole-in-one.pro (the "Site"), is operated by Hole-In-One Exterior Services LLC ("Hole-In-One Exterior Services," "we," "us," or "our"), an exterior cleaning and pressure-washing business serving Kennesaw, Georgia and the surrounding Cobb County area. We collect information you voluntarily provide when you use our estimate/contact form, including your name, phone number, ZIP code, property address, and the service you're interested in, along with any details you add in a message.
We also automatically receive limited technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed, through our hosting provider and any analytics or performance-monitoring tools we use (see Section 4).
We do not intentionally collect sensitive information (such as Social Security numbers, health information, financial account numbers, or government IDs), and we do not process online payments through the Site.

About your request (transactional): After you contact us, we may call, text, or email you about your estimate and to coordinate service. These are not marketing messages.

We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your request, provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it.
